We currently ship insured and tracked within the United States by default. If you're ordering from outside the U.S., contact us before placing your order — we'll confirm availability, transit time, and cost for your country.

Some carriers have restrictions on PO Box and military addresses for insured freight. Message us at info@hellgattocarbon.com before ordering and we'll confirm whether your address works.
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address, and we'll update it before it goes out.
Standard carrier delivery rules apply. If a signature is required and no one's available, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions to reschedule or pick up locally.
Every order ships fully insured. Photograph any damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, or let us know right away if tracking shows a problem — see our Return & Refund Policy for the full process.
You'll get an order confirmation right after checkout, then a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it leaves our shop — usually within the 2–3 day processing window.
Every wheel ships with a detailed installation manual, so you'll know exactly what to expect before it arrives. That said, if your factory wheel houses an airbag, horn contacts, or steering-mounted controls, we recommend having it installed by a qualified automotive technician — see our Terms & Conditions for full details on airbag/SRS safety.
